Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Direct contact & communication with our guests
- Taking accurate food / drink orders
- Entering orders into POS for submission to our Bar & Kitchen Crew
- Possess knowledge of our menu, with the ability to make suggestions
- Ensuring our guests are enjoying their meals and the ability to take action to correct any issues
- Maintaining cleanliness of restaurant environment
- Preparing guest checks & collecting payments from tables
No experience necessary.
